Breastfeeding Support
Our postpartum doulas are here to assist you in having your easiest and best breastfeeding experience. Sometimes, some extra guidance and trouble shooting is needed, so that what may seem complicated at first can become second nature with practice. For moms with painful nipples or experiencing less than optimal latches, a little bit of assistance and reassurance in the beginning can make all the difference. A postpartum doula's caring and gentle approach helps new moms to relax, addresses their issues and concerns, and helps them feel completely supported throughout the session, facilitating confidence in their abilities to feed their babies.
Overnight Sleep Relief
Need a good nights sleep? Having a new baby can be exhausting. You have been encouraged to 'sleep when the baby sleeps', but that isn't too helpful when your sweet baby is awake all night. We understand that sleep is essential for postpartum healing and mood stabilization. We offer overnight sleep relief so that you can rest easy knowing your baby is in experienced and loving hands.
